developed anti-hook sway technology ideally suited for both
standard and custom application.
Star luff revolutionary electronic control system that minimizes
hook sway by allowing the crane and load to accelerate and
decelerate with the smoothest properties possible.
To meet the individual load handling capacity and factory size,
Starlluf cranes are available in single and double girder
construction, box type girder design. Top connections, side
connections and girder connections are available for different
building heights.
With a range of speeds, control methods and a wide range of
additional features so as to tailor the crane to meet the
individual requirement.

medium heavy operation (ISO M5) .

DESIGNED
FOR SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
1. The IP 54 housing for the switch gear is designed for all
weather conditions keeping electrics and electronics cool with
air flow for reliable operation.
2. Starlluf sealed drum bearings are high load bearings
designed for life under any conditions.
3. Starlluf drum is designed for maximum life through the
material used in its construction.
4. Ropes are design for minimum wear through correct size of
drum and sheave ratio in high productions environments which
ensures low maintenance.
5. Rope guides are an expensive replacement part on any make of
hoist with many manufactures going to plastic and smaller rope
guides,
Starlluf cast steel designed rope guides ensure long life under
industrial circumstances.
6. Quality bearings, with low rolling speeds, hardened gears and
ground wheels all add up to Starlluf gearboxes ensuring
long service life and high safety levels.
7. Starlluf motors are wound from the highest quality materials
include F class insulation with a heat rating of 155
degrees with thermal overload protection all this adds maximum
service life and low cost maintenance for the life of the
crane.
8. Starlluf sliding rotor motor with integrated conical brake:
i.e. high brake capacity and reliable brake without any control
devices on switch-off or in the event of a power failure.
Starlluf sliding rotor motor out performs disc brake motors
with reliability, safety and maintenance as disc brake
require electronic rectifier, electric coil and many mechanical
parts to function correctly to disengage and apply braking, over
time of operation this can leads to high maintenance and
downtime, as with the proven reliability of sliding rotor motors
the brake is attached to the rotor and moves with the rotor.
Bottom block with high quality rope sheaves with uniformed
hardness for a longer working life. Single and multi-sheave
bottom blocks depending on revving arrangement.
